We could let those hours sit empty, or we could price them so that anyone with a flexible schedule takes them, and we chose the second option. Cinemas figured this out decades ago with morning tickets. We just apply the idea to something that does your spine more good than a matinee.
Note what the lower price does not touch: the roster (one team works the whole day, there’s no “discount shift”), the length of the session, and the choice of styles. Swedish, Russian, full body, deep tissue, aromatherapy, the whole classic range qualifies.
