Some purchases are practical and some are ceremonial, and a six hands massage sits firmly in the second category. Three therapists surround one table and work your entire body in a single choreographed rhythm: back, legs, feet, shoulders and arms all receiving attention within the same minute. U Spa in Al Barsha runs it daily from 10 AM to 5 AM, at AED 1,600 for 60 minutes or AED 2,150 for 90.
No queue, anywhere
Every ordinary massage is a sequence. Your back gets worked while your feet wait their turn, and by the time the therapist reaches your calves, your shoulders are already cooling off. Six hands abolishes the queue. With three synchronised therapists, no part of you is ever waiting on another part, and the session loses its usual shape of beginning, middle and end. It is middle throughout, and the middle covers everything.
Guests who arrive here from four hands already know the moment when the brain gives up tracking multiple rhythms and drops into a submerged sort of quiet. Six hands begins at that point instead of building towards it.
An afternoon in an hour
Count the hands-on time and a 60 minute session contains what a single therapist would need most of an afternoon to deliver. For guests whose calendar is the real luxury shortage, that makes this the densest hour on our menu. For guests to whom time is no object, the 90 minute version is, without competition, the most indulgent thing we sell.
Keeping three therapists from becoming a crowd
The obvious risk of the format is that three people working independently would feel like a busy kitchen. So ours train as trios: mirrored strokes down both legs while the third therapist follows the spine, transitions timed together, pressure held even across all six hands. The style is flowing and relaxation-first, because that is what the format was built for, though firmer work on a particular area is always yours for the asking.
The occasions that book it
Round-number birthdays. Deals that finally closed. Apologies that need to be unmistakable. And a steady trickle of four hands guests who asked, in complete seriousness, whether more hands were available. Nobody books six hands as maintenance; it's the massage whose date you remember afterwards. If the occasion is shared rather than solo, the couple massage puts two guests in one room instead. If you'd rather have one therapist layering techniques than three working at once, that's the VIP treatment.
Booking
The session needs our largest room and three therapists free in the same hour, so a little notice goes a long way. WhatsApp +971 56 735 5473, ideally a few hours ahead; evening slots get claimed first. We're on the R floor of the Donatello Hotel, Al Barsha, and the complete menu is on the price list.
FAQ
How much does a six hands massage cost in Dubai?
AED 1,600 for 60 minutes, AED 2,150 for 90 at U Spa, VAT included. The formats stop there: no 120 minute version exists.
Is six hands really better than four hands?
Better for different jobs. Four hands (AED 950) is the affordable extravagance for a regular treat; six is the event you book when someone needs to be properly astonished. On an unremarkable Tuesday, take four.
Does it feel like too much at once?
The opening minutes are busy, then the three rhythms fuse and read as one continuous wave. Most guests lose count of the hands almost immediately, which is exactly the intended outcome.
How far ahead should I book?
Before evening, same-day usually works. For slots from 8 PM onwards, message in the afternoon: three therapists and our biggest room have to line up at the same hour.
Do any discounts apply to six hands?
The visit-with-a-friend offer does: 20% off each when two guests book together, this service included. Early Bird pricing doesn't extend to multi-therapist formats.
